Your success on the platform depends on your abilities, strategy, decision-making, and performance—exactly like sports, chess, or esports.This is NOT gambling. See Section 3 below for the key differences.

3. Skill-Based Competition vs. Gambling: The Difference

Example: In Avia-skill.fun, the player who makes better decisions and reacts faster will win. In gambling, every spin of a slot machine has identical odds for every player regardless of skill.We are explicitly not a gambling platform. We are a competitive skill-based platform, similar to esports, online poker (where allowed), or fantasy sports.

4. Eligibility

You must be:

At least 18 years old
Legally capable of entering into contracts
Not prohibited by your local laws from using skill-based competitive platforms
Not a resident of a jurisdiction that has explicitly banned skill-based competition

It is your responsibility to ensure you comply with local laws and regulations. We operate based on skill-based competition frameworks that exist globally.

5. Account Registration

You agree that:

You are the sole authorized user of your account
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You will not share your account with others
You will not create multiple accounts to exploit the platform

6. Account Conduct and Rules

Prohibited behaviors:We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

Using bots, automation, or software cheats
Colluding with other players to manipulate results
Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts
Misrepresenting your identity or skill level
Violating these terms
Any fraudulent activity

Why these rules exist: To keep competition fair and protect all players. Your winnings come from other players' losses, so fairness matters to everyone.

7. Financial Terms

How it works:

You fund your account with money you choose to spend
You participate in skill-based competitions
You win money based on your performance
You can withdraw your winnings anytime

You understand and accept:

You may lose the money you fund your account with
Your winnings depend entirely on your skill against other players
We take a small percentage of competitions as a platform fee (standard in competitive gaming)
Payment processing may take 1-5 business days

Important: Only spend money you can afford to lose. This is entertainment, not an investment.

8. Assumption of Risk

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT:

Outcomes depend on competition with other skilled players
You may not win every competition you enter
You may lose the money you deposit
Your skill level compared to other players will determine your financial results
We make no guarantees about your performance or earnings

By using this platform, you assume all financial risk. This is no different from entering any competitive tournament or sport where prizes are awarded to winners.

9. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for:

Losses you incur through gameplay
System performance or technical issues
Connection problems on your end
Third-party payment processor issues
Your personal financial decisions

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages
These limitations apply even if we were warned of the possibility

10. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and features of avia-skill.fun are owned by WELLEZ OÜ. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or claim ownership of anything on the platform.

11. Payment and Withdrawals

We accept payment through standard payment processors
All transactions are subject to verification
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-5 business days
We reserve the right to verify large withdrawals to prevent fraud
Payment processors may charge their own fees

12. User Responsibility for Legal Compliance

IMPORTANT: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

Different countries have different rules about skill-based competitions
Some jurisdictions permit skill-based gaming; others do not

Upon termination, you forfeit any balance in your account unless otherwise determined by us.

These terms are governed by Estonian law and European Union regulations. Any disputes will be resolved through Estonian legal procedures.
